I want to add a photo at the bottom when you write in a message, like everybody most other peopple do. When I go to Change personal Photo it says "Sorry, the board administrator has not enabled your permissions for this part of the control panel." I dont know if Im supposed to get a hold of one of the adminstrators to do this or what?

Use edit signature and paste a link to the photo.

but where do I get the link from. I have the picture on my computer.

Your picture has to have an online URL.
