Anyone know any good protein shake recipes? Mainly for natural flavored whey protein? I want to try being more creative and build some variety in my homemade protein shakes.

what i personally like...

a little bit of low fat yogurt (approx 1/2 - 2/3 cup)
about a cup of frozen berries
i scoop of protein powder (i just use vanilla powder)
some ice
1 frozen banana
water to get the shake to the desired thickness

i searched protein shake with no luck... then i tried smoothie
