I like the big back yard. The kitchen looks a little dated but it would be easy to renovate. The wood floors look to be in really good shape. That is a good price for the area.

Forwarded to someone I've been trying to convince to move down there for a few years (they work 3 minutes away).

If I were looking for a house, this would be ideal! Just needs a little TLC

It is in a great area, priced well and with a bit of TLC could be something very special. The yard has to be seen. Room for a tripple car garage in the back + a skating rink and fire pit and hot tub and whatever else you wanted lol!

Wow, that's one hell of a yard. I just moved to McKenzie town and I think I can lay down and stretch from the back door to the alley.

Thought I would say I like your overly large sign on the lawn! I drove buy it and kept thinking why is that name familiar then I remembered. Hope it is helping get some traffic. Nice location close to schools and parks!

:bag:It was either the lawn sign or dancing balloon:bag:

Its actually generated quite a few calls and showings.
