Backstrom has been a stud so far and is 2-0. I think it is Nittymaki's turn to play a game. Once again we expect nothing but a win and feel we can go 82-0 this year.

34 Buffalo Sabres vs Ottawa Senators

35 Columbus Blue Jackets vs Detroit Red Wings

36 Anaheim Ducks vs L.A. Kings (R3)

I can't do my lines. I have 2 injuries on D and have two bums called up to fill in. Now I am short on my AHL D and it says my lines are invalid because I don't have enough AHL D now.

I guess I am stuck? Anyone else face this problem?

I may be in the same boat, with Vokoun getting suspended.

I've also forgot my laptop at home, and wont be able to get lines in this morning for my game, unless someone can just auto lines my guys and hope it works.

I've turned off farm injuries but as GMs it is also your going to have to figure out how to deal with injuries moving forward on the big club. A couple of injuries shouldn't make it impossible to do lines.

Are current sim settings staying as they are? Can we expect injuries to keep occurring like this and can we expect players to get fatigued after just a couple games OR will you be tweaking the sim as we go through the preseason?

I'll tweak it but you should expect both injuries and fatigue. If teams are finding their players are getting tired that means they are probably playing them too much.

You are not kidding, after the Islanders are the only team to play 4 games so far we are exhausted. 2 players out now because of exhaustion (don't let your players drop below 95 CON - they will automatically become DD). Everyone will really have to pay close attention to player and line usage especially with the 4 games in 5 nights kinda of deals. It does add an extra element to the game where if you try to overuse one of your good players you will get burned.

Totally forgot about Lilja's injury when sending my lines.

I think I'm fine injury wise now though so it shouldn't be a problem unless more get hurt.
