Probably Quinn's next "fight dirt with dirt" comment to deflect criticism from the team. Seems like an Oiler-type thing to do. I mean, why wouldn't he just say who it is? It's not as if it's Super AIDS.
Does this explain why the whole team is playing like crap?
It doesn't explain but it certainly explains the reason that the organization wants you to believe that the team is playing like crap just like they have for the past 3 years.
You mean they allowed Smid to play tonight's game knowing he has H1N1?! Wtf? Shouldn't the NHL have something in place to make sure these players are confined, and not on the ice giving it to everyone else?!
Great, so the Avs have a player with swine flu, and they just played a game against a team with another guy with swine flu.
And the Flames play them tomorrow.

Why? Everyone is going to get it. Lots of people probably already have it and don't realize it.

Seriously? It's the fracking flu. Not ebola.

I wonder what happens if a player contracts the virus and develops symptoms while on a road trip? Are they allowed to fly? (charter would be okay, I would think). I'm guessing it's fine, since all those flight cancellations were months ago.
