Cool graphic, but that also tells me that Edmonton has a really great opportunity to promote realistic and sustainable urban densification. Great situation to have where downtown is almost equal to the cost of living in the 'burbs. I know the City of Edmonton is looking to put the brakes on sprawl, so this is definitely an ace in the sleeve for them at the moment.
