The deadline for this is next Wednesday, 10:00 PM (MST). Again, I've been told that this is Mandatory for all GMs.
Oh yeah, just to make things more interesting, like last season, you may NOT vote for anyone on your team.
I recommend start getting your list together and start getting these votes in hopefully by Monday, thus giving some GM's some time to lobby for votes... but since we don't have much time please don't put it off. Once we hit 8 votes from each Conference I'll release a leaderboard, Thursday the starting lineup will be announced, Friday both All-Star Team Rosters
RW Dany Heatley
Dany has been the driving force behind the Hurricanes this season. Leading a team in the bottom of a rebuild process Heatley has still been able to elivate his team for tied at 8th place after the g0 game marker.Dany leads the Huricanes in Goals, Points, PPG, GWG, Shots. Laso 2nd in Assists and Hits
50 GP: 24 G, 27 A, 51 PTS, -2, 37 PIM
D Sean Hill
With a depleted core Sean has taken control of the defensive dutes for the entire Hurricane core. With teammates of Gill, Richmond, Lilji, Suter and Meyer you would never believe that the Hurricanes are listed as 7th PK, 12 GGA and 8th for Shots against. Sean leads all Hurricane defenceman in goals, assist, points, +/-, PIM, Hits, Shots
RW Marian Hossa
51 GP: 25 G, 27 A, 52 Pts, +5
Tied for 5th in the league in Goals.
C Henrik Sedin
50 GP: 18 G, 32 A, 50 Pts, +2
LW Ales Hemsky
51 GP: 18 G, 31 A, 49 Pts, -3
D Scott Niedermayer
50 GP: 7 G, 19 A, 26 Pts, -5
I don't expect him to be near the top of the list at all but it is maybe his last possible season to be an All-Star and has played well this season.
G Ed Belfour
39 GP: 15-19-5, 3.09 GAA, .893 S%, 2 SO
Playing for underachieving teams, he's still put up 2 Shutouts and has a better Save % than a lot of goalies with more wins.
C Brad Richards

3rd in league Scoring, leading the Panthers this year. 2nd in the league in assists. 2nd in the league in +/-.

Also worth voting for:
D Barrett Jackman
50GP 6g 19a 25p +19 124PIM
5th in CPHL PIM (2nd in Howe)
Currently amongst the league leaders in Save pct and shutouts, he is also second in the CPHL in 'star points' and 4th on the "Vezina watch" and has singlehandedly (despite a terrible start) held the Sabres in the playoff race
