Default Jarome Iginla is 30 now and intent on helping Flames reach unfulfilled goals

The first two pre-season games didn't paint a grin on Keenan's face.

"We haven't got a win yet so he's not that thrilled," says Iginla. "You can tell there's definitely an intensity there, similar to (GM) Darryl (Sutter).

"We definitely want to get on his good side quickly."

"Iginla got into two playoff games in 1966, and he didn't appear in another until 2003 because the Flames were so awful that they missed the playoffs for seven consecutive years."

Do you have video of this said '1966' match? I'd like to see that, and how its possible.

Some NHL articles are quite well written and interesting.

This isn't one of them.

What kind of garbage writing is this?

He's won every major individual trophy

Except the Hart, and the Conn Smythe and the Calder (to name a few).

Although, he should have won the Hart, and was one game away from the Conn Smythe.

Actually, this isn't NHL-produced material. It's bad ol' Canadian Press (check the credit!) who, as we've been told, is an anonymous organization hellbent on disseminating vicious half-truths and propaganda for purposes unknown but probably nefarious all the same.

Sloppy editing job nonetheless.
