Good for Scott! I met him alot as he came to our U of A class when I was still in school so many times (our negotiations class) and he was a great person. Good to see him get rewarded with the GM spot in Columbus.
A pretty behind the scenes guy in a lot of ways I think, so not a huge profile. Might be a tough situation to walk into, but I suppose you need to cut your teeth somewhere.
One of many who is too boring; thinks that there should be rules regarding grammar in custom user titles, and also makes moderators wonder if there is a charachter limit here. I mean come on- you would think that would be a limitation in the software
Good for Howson, but geez Columbus was picking from the GM bargain bin to hire a guy like him. Looks like the owner wants a little more control of things, after he handed full control to McLean, and that we know how that turned out. I wonder if the puppet strings are clearly visible.
Not if he's serious when he says he wants to win now. I also don't believe he'll be back in Edmonton or showing up in these parts either. If I had to guess I'd say Detroit or Anaheim but I've got no crystal ball.....
