One of many who is too boring; thinks that there should be rules regarding grammar in custom user titles, and also makes moderators wonder if there is a charachter limit here. I mean come on- you would think that would be a limitation in the software

He crossed the aisle and became a sitting member of the PC party and ran for the leadership of the PCs (in 1976) but was viewed as too right wing.

Dr. Zaius: The Forbidden Zone was once a paradise. Your breed made a desert of it, ages ago.

Shhhhhhh! Don't ruin a good chance for this forum to bash the Liberals, even though this particular wingnut hasn't been affiliated with the party for decades!

Oh the irony of people instantly pointing out that he was a former Conservative because they are annoyed that it was pointed out he is a former Liberal.

Though really, if we want to go the partisan route, he was a person of considerable power in the Liberal caucus. He was not so in the Conservative caucus.

I don't think his party affiliation is the key point here...

I don't know if this is too far off topic, but anyone else here ever hear Riley Martin? That guy makes this idea seem rational!

I doubt that world governments have any alien technology. They'd be using it to blow up or threaten the rest of the world by now. Maybe there are aliens visiting us or not but they haven't been very willing to share their tech so far and I wouldn't put my hopes for salvation in that direction. I'd guess Hellyer is getting a little senile.
