One Bedroom Condo - Sneak Peek $248,888

My wife and I are selling our Condo in Rocky Ridge. We haven't signed the papers to put it on the market just yet, but will be sometime tonight. Thought I'd give the Calgary Puck community first dibs on it.

The condo also includes 2 indoor underground parking spots, a large storage area, access to a workout facility, a perfect unobstructed view of the Rocky Mountains, and the condo fees inculde membership to the Rocky Ridge Ranch community centre.

It's a conditional sale as of now, but we should know either way in the next day or so. Why?

I looked at those placed back when I was looking but it was just to far away for me. I just bought a place very similar, 885 sq feet, 2 underground heated stalls, 5th floor - it is walking distance to downtown, 2 full baths, 2 years old and I paid 264500.

Do you mind saying whether you got asking, below or above price?
