Caps ship off disgruntled Winger
Tyler Arnason moved:
- The Washinton Capitals moved upset winger Tyler Arnason minutes after his request for a trade. Also leaving town was 7th dman Nolan Yonkman. In exchange the Capitals have aqcuired two way Centerman Niko Kapanen, as well as two bluechip prospects
The first prospect is emerging power forward Steve Bernier. It is expected that he will make the team out of camp next season.
The 2nd prospect is standout dman Luc Bourdon, who shone for Canada at the world juniours in 2006. He is likely a few years away from the big show, but should be a top impact dman down the road.
