Come on

We need to see some Ortio, but he's not going to fix it on his own.

The team is a mess.

I don't want to see Ortio play during this dumpster fire. Hasek in his prime would look bad on this team right now.

Let the team figure out how to play hockey before throwing a rookie to the wolves.

Start tradin', waivin', and recalling.

My god, this team is in shambles right now. Nothing, and I mean nothing looks good. Beyond unacceptable.

Zero possession
Zero secondary scoring
Soft play
Horrendous defense
Horrible goaltending

How bad can it get.

If they were 1-5-0 and they were competing I wouldn't have a problem with it.

They look like the Eakins era Oilers and are getting blown out every night. At this point Johnny Gaudreau is pretty much the only reason I am watching. That guy brings it every night.

I noticed they increased the frequency of whisky ads for this game. Smooth.

But not as smooth as the taste of Canadian Club, Canada's single malt rye.

This team is awful... Ortio is not the answer - this team is Edmonton bad... I don't think Brodeur in his prime would help right now.

Honestly though, this is the worst 6 game stretch I've seen the team play in maybe ever.

Not talking about actual results, but just terribad hockey where they are lucky to even have a single point.

I want Ortio.

But this team is playing so amazingly god awful, that he won't even help.

Offense doesn't want to shoot, and defense doesn't want to pay attention.

This start has been so bad I think it sets the precedent for the rest of the season. They're not showing much signs of improvement. Flames are gonna suck.

Try to take some positives from this game and move on. There weren't many but there were a few.
Hope management sorts out the goaltending issue.

Also want to say it was nice listening to Kelly Hrudey tonight. Kept me off the ledge.
