Judging by this picture.... ummm maybe on the street. hahahahahah $2-$3million homes are separated from each other by one small pine tree! hahha I mean how much more is it to buy an acreage up in Edmonville?
There are $1.5MM attached houses in Marda Loop for sale. Thats even worse than a pine tree. Mind you, 1 pine tree of 5, seems retarded for those dollars.
I have a neighbour who's yard I didn't particularly like looking at.
I didn't complain to anyone about their mess I just built one of these
They're a neat invention. I don't believe my property value suffered any due to this. In fact it might have gone up given the nice private back yard I have now.

LOL at people who have bought in marda loop the past 8 years.
Nothing. He has no idea what he's talking about. Property values on older R2s have steadily gone up, as well as infills, both attached and detached. Marda Loop property values went on the same cycle as all the other properties in the city from 2004-2012. He's just completely full of crap.
Maybe it's just the heat and you guys aren't thinking straight, but how is it that in a thread basic tailor made to incite pot shots at both Edmonton & the Oilers has devolved into another ****ing match between Calgary neighbourhoods?
Come on guys, grease, sweat pants, boston pizza! There's no reason you need to attack each other.
If you can put an olympic sized swimming pool or a regulation sized tennis court then you should be able to put a 1/4 of an NHL sized hockey rink in your backyard.

Is that a picture of the fence you built or just a fence in general?
