Calgary Flames Art
Didn't know if I should put this here or in the FOI thread...
However I think this is pretty awesome. I found a painting on EBay... it was of a Columbus Blue Jacket player. I messaged the guy and asked if painted it and if I could commission him to do one of any Flames player. He said ok but it would take a few weeks. Well he did it, its on canvas and is 16x20... It looks pretty cool , best part... 25 bucks shipped

I know a local artist who would kick ash at painting Flames stuff. If there is interest I'll forward it over and get quotes. He's super talented, and humble, so I have to pimp him out. What makes him super awesome? He paints in 3 dimensions!... I don't know what he calls it but it's freaking neat.

He’s on injured reserve. Remember the deal? When they come off injured reserve, then you’ll know the update. Active, non-roster, inactive, injured, hurt, sick, not dressed, healthy scratch, on waivers.”

He wants to apologize because while he is so excited to start painting on such a cool topic he has just literally finished moving and can not give you the full attention you deserve... yet. So in a few months once his life settles down he will be in contact and some cool stuff will be made.
I'm sorry for the timing. His painting are awesome.
I think the picture in the first post looks good but would be better if it were a little bit more minimalistic, take out the telus ad and the yellow on the boards and it would be perfect in my opinion.
