Another thing I've learned while doing renovations is that sometimes it is a lot easier to rip something out and re-do it from scratch than to try and fix it.

I've learned the same thing with regards to relationships.

To purposefully allot time in my week to relax and do nothing. Trying to accomplish too much in one timeframe will only lead to stress.
