I don't know about the legality of using the Calgary Tower's image in the logo, I would guess it wouldn't be allowed, but not sure.

Personally I still like the original logo... so keep the ideas coming. The Flaming CP on the Puck was pretty awesome.. A great CP wallpaper but not logo.
