If it's being ferried by some company (like the one on "Dangerous Flights", love that show), who is liable for crash? Especially if it's error by the pilots re the fuel tank feed issue.

Their insurance company, i highly doubt they're going to pay the money to raise the plane to find out exactly what went wrong.

Note that up that high one of the flight crew must be wearing the supplemental oxygen, if decompression were to occur they'd have seconds before losing consciousness.
