Falcons do not have to go outside to win the Super Bowl. Don't think either the Cowboys or Packers can stop them, but they can both score a lot too. Next week looks like a 45-42 game, which means it'll be 13-9.

Can say that Seattle hasn't recovered from losing Lynch and the running game and then that as a result showed the holes in the passing game, and that the Thomas (and Chancellor earlier) injuries magnified the problems of what is a still very good/excellent defense, but one that has lost a half step from the elite defense they've been....and that'd be all true.
But this season for Seattle comes down to some ugly losses, most recent being to ARI at home in week 16, which, just winning that prevented them home field and then from rest last week, and hosting todays game.
Outcome would've quite possibly been different, given the home field advantage that Seattle holds, but Atlanta is back with serious offense. And there's a good chance that today's winner, if it was played in Seattle or Atlanta, would be playing at home next week as GB on a roll and Dallas just primed for a terribly timed dud (no matter their history), for the NFC championship.
Today, how that end of the first half of todays game changed things 180 degrees.

Oh well, I can't get too upset over another top 8 season. It was a pretty even game but a few moments made the difference: The hold on the return, the safety, and the 99 yard TD drive.
The Falcons looked great though on both offense and defence. I would also take them as favourites next week.

I'm a homer but I see the Texans covering. They only need to lose by two td's to do that.

Crazy the Pats have won the AFC East 8 times in a row. I had to look up the last time someone else won and it was the Dolphins. That season both the Pats and Fins had identical 11-5 records but Miami won on the 4th tiebreaker. If New England won in 2008 they would now have 14 straight division titles.

Loving this use of Mercilus and Clowney right now. All over the line and dropping into coverage. Confusing Brady always the best way to go.

Yet because of scale grading, that was probably one of Brock's top 5 halves of the season, and thus he should be pretty happy with how he played.

I'm not suggesting he is lol. But really they should be taking a least one shot a possession down the field to DeAndre. Let him go make some plays, or draw some flags. Texans defense might have to score a TD themselves.
