The production is really good on there. At first I was skeptical when I first heard about him but that album is solid. His flows are pretty crazy too and he's not afraid to experiment with his delivery and content.
There's a young MC coming up in the states right now who we will probably hear more from soon. I've been remixing some of his tracks right now and he is one of my favorite artists to produce for as his timing is crazy good. His name is K19.
Not sure how many people here are into Death Grips, but Jenny Death just leaked yesterday and it is incredible! I haven't even listened to the new Kendrick yet, I've just been obsessed with DG
Listened to TPAB. Another great album from Kendrick, but people calling it the best hip hop album of the decade (And even of ALL TIME!) are reaching quite a bit.

I'm a fan.
That said, I would believe people if they said best Hip Pop album of the decade (well, 2010+) but not hip hop.
As far as that Kendrick album, it's good but people really need to chill out on calling stuff "classics" within a week of an album's release. It's a strong album but I don't think it's classic status. I think I prefer GKMC if I had to pick a favourite out of his albums so far.
The new Kendrick is really good but best of all time talk is a bit much. Things get more overrated now because quality is so low overall. On that note, here's something from a criminally underrated and under heard group from the golden era.

I highly recommend Dead End Hip Hop's Youtube channel . 4 intelligent hip hop heads having smart and funny conversations and album reviews. Kendrick Lamar himself gave them a shout out in a recent interview about a theme they caught in their TPAB review:
