I continue to recommend Keith to anyone and everyone that will listen - you simply won't find a better person at their job.
Don't get conned into shady online mass purchase deals, there is a reason they have to give their services away while Keith continues to get 10 out of 10 at every single visit.

Hey Keith, I saw on your site you don't currently offer furnace installations/replacement, but do you have preferred vendor list of those who do?

I had Keith come to our place about 2 months ago and he was phenomenal to deal with.
He removed an embarrassing amount of dust and construction material from our ducts (They apparently hadn't been cleaned since being built), advised us on better filters to use, and my kids have a noticeably less amount of sneezing since he came here. The appointment was easy to set up, communication was awesome, and he was prompt and efficient.
Would recommend for sure

Keith cleaned our furnace and blew out or vents today. It was the second time we've had him do the work for us in 2 years. The first time was at our old home.
Keith is very knowledgeable and professional. He immediately noticed a few issues and knew how to deal with them.
He was fast, efficient and friendly. Lots of tips, tricks and recommendations.
We would highly recommend Keith.
Edit: Keith, it was great to finally meet you in person. Thank you for looking out for my family and I.

had my furnace go out here in Edmonton and Keith did me a solid to phone me and give me tips. Was able to help diagnose that it was the electrical switch powering the furnace instead of the furnace itself.
By helping me confirm the problem I was able to call the electrician first which fixed the problem, instead of incurring the cost of a furnace call out, only to be told it was an electrical issue anyways. House was down to 8 degrees inside before getting it fixed, and now all is good.
Will also go this weekend to get different styles of air filters as per Keith's recommendations.
Really appreciate his quick response and phone call.

Hi Keith, I have a furnace that is 34 years old and still running just loud. I plan to replace it and I know you don't offer that. Is there any company that you recommend and what brand to go for?
Thanks

I would recommend Carrier, Bryant PAyne, American standard and trane and Napoleon
In that order
Then I would stay away from Lennox, Goodman , Amana, Rheem, Ruud,
Lennox is proprietary and thinks they are better than everyone and the dealers in Calgary have a certain shadiness about them.
I would get as many as 5 quotes in a very competitive industry as well.
Hope this helps

Thanks Keith,
Ayway, I got 4 quotes for a 990sqt bilevel as followed
Lenox ML193 AC multi speed, single stage, 93% : $4022 + gst (1 year labour warranty)
Carrier 59SC2 AC single speed, single stage, 92.1%: $3936 + gst (1 year labour warranty)
Carrier 59SP5 DC single stage, multiple speed, 96.5%: 4492 + gst (1 year labour warranty)
For carrier +350 for extra 10 year labour warranty
Amana AC single stage, 92.1% (rep does not give me model): 4200 + gst (10 year labour warranty)
What do you think would be best for me if i turn this house into a rental or sell it in 4 months?
Thanks for your input

hello
id stay away from the Lennox and the amana...the lower end carrier all the way...see if they will do a payne ( made BY CARRIER) for a little cheaper as its their generic brand
Those all seem high.....get 1 more from williams hvac as they install Trane

Just want to say thanks for Keith coming out to Airdrie yesterday to inspect my furnace and clean the ducts.
Very knowledgeable and helped point out a few potential problems to keep an eye on.
Thanks again Keith

I have a question. Currently building a new house. We have these three skylights that shoot down the central open stairwell.
We have a furnace for the upper level. A furnace for the main and basement.
We have hardwood floors which will need to be kept at a humidity level.
Here is where it gets interesting, is there something special we need in the system to keep water from freezing on the skylights and then melting when it warms up. I have heard this can be an issue and there is something that can be installed to prevent this.
With skylights, a lot of times they are single pane. We have Velux.
