Not sure about that. Recent rumors have him looking for 6 years at 7mil and he's going to turn 31 in a couple weeks. The NHL seems like a league that will look the other way if you LTIR one of the 'good guys' at the end of their career but I'm not so sure they would put Radulov in that category.
Pronger can't play: give him a front office job while he's still employed.
Datsyuk can play but want's to do a retirement tour at home: LTIR despite the face that he put up .77ppg in the KHL.
Hossa can maybe play... Will likely be traded to Arizona or Carolina but won't retire.
Oshie is going to fit into that group. At 36 or so he'll develop a rash, or back spasms or some such. Radulov isn't one of the good guys. He likely won't get swept under the rug. I would be surprised if he gets a 35+ contract.
