I don't think you understood my post. That is precisely why they are idiots. How can you write him off if you've never seem him?

Nah, your point was 100% clear and I totally agree with you......he'll be a real Asset for TBS, I give them Credit for taking on the show. Even though I think Andy is a Liability (he's in Conan's Debt), there's a lot of Interest in the show.

It was like all the reviewers expected him to do something completely new with a crazy format. There's really not much he could do, unless he hosted it like Billy Crystal's "Fernando's Hideaway" or something weirder.

Just finished watching the first ep. I thought it was a good show all around. Conan's strong point has always been the 10 minute segments right before he starts interviewing people. His monologues were never his strong point. It's always his off the cuff stuff that's funny, and his first show had plenty of it.
I'm glad Coco's back. Watching the first episode of his new show was like welcoming an old friend back.

Yeah it kind of sucks in SD, but having a laugh (hopefully) before bed is worth having it on ATV at 10.

CFRN hasn't started broadcasting in HD yet?
CFCN Calgary has been in HD since before the Super Bowl in 2009 and we haven't had the Toronto station since then.

I enjoyed the first show, but I really find Andy to be quite useless. Maybe its because I didn't get into Conan until later when he didn't have him there. But it just seems awkward.

Does CTV Edmonton broadcast in HD? We had Toronto CTV in HD until CTV Calgary started "broadcasting" in "HD".
