Well, I can safely say that the online tests do not really approximate full-scale iq all that well. Interesting process.

Sample wonderlic questions! These questions are similar to the ones given out by MENSA.

IQ is really not something worth knowing. There is nothing instructive to be gained in how to live your life from knowing an IQ score and using IQ as a measure of yourself or others is shallow.

EQ is something I would think helps more in your life than IQ, unless your IQ is very low or even very high, depending on your goals in life.

I somewhat agree. I got my assessment out of personal interest. Some of my graduate research was on the study of IQ so I thought why not get it assessed.

It really is only a valuable measure in the case of learning disabilities.

From where I stand, personal traits and abilities, such as IQ, EQ, emphathy, personality or whatever are not impoartant. What is important is what you do in life, your knowledge and awareness about life and how to live it. Just like in online games, your knowledge about how to play is way more important, than skills of your char.
