Mayor Quimby: Demand? Who are you to demand anything? I run this town. You're just a bunch of low-income nobodies! Quimby's Assistant: [sotto voce] Uh, election in November. Election in November. Mayor Quimby: What? Again? This stupid country.
Quote:
Homer: At first, I thought prohibition was a good thing. People were drinking more and having a lot more fun. Without beer, prohibition doesn't work!
Quote:
Homer [while carrying Bart]: We're going out, Marge! If we don't come back, avenge our deaths! [leaves] Marge: [from the kitchen] All right!
Quote:
(Moe's bar is disguised as a pet shop during prohibition) Rex Banner: Pet shop, eh? Well, I have one thing to say about that. What kind of pet shop is filled with rambunctious yahoos and hot jazz music at 1:00 in the morning? Moe: Er, uh ... the ... best damn pet shop in town! People: Yeah!
Quote:
Homer: To alcohol! The cause of, and solution to, all of life's problems.

With the inclusion of so many Female sports I reminded of this great quote from Lise on Ice.
Lisa, if the Bible has taught us nothing else, and it hasn't, it's that girls should stick to girls' sports, such as hot-oil wrestling, foxy boxing, and such-and-such..
1) Clown College - love everything about that episode, always watch it if I see it on the tube.
2) Halloween episode, not sure which number, but the one where Homer sells his soul to the Devil (Flanders) for a doughnut.
Last Exit to Springfield is on The Comedy Network right now. Dental plan!

I laughed so hard the first time I heard this line. Damn funny stuff.
Watched one of the newer episodes last night. Bart sells everything in his bedroom to take the family on a vacation. Homer goes into his room and bart and his stuff are missing:
Homer: Oh no! Bart has been raptured! And his crap has been craptured!
One of the funnier lines I've heard on the show in a while.
