I kinda wish I would get 10 free timbits when the flames score 5 goals.

Need both Backlund and Monahan to get going. I'd rather see Bennett center the #2 line, but whatever, should be a fun line to watch.

Seems like in the past whenever I predicted the Flames to lose they won, so I'll say the Flyers take this one 6-2.

Love the lines tonight. Put up or shut up night for Monahan and Backlund.

Defense pairings are as they should be.

That fourth line is scary though. Ferland - Jooris - Bouma is something to look forward to in the future.

Not really for Monahan. Backlund definitely needs to show that he deserves to be in the top 9.

Gosh I sure hope so. I'm absolutely shocked we don't have the worst PP in the league yet. It has looked beyond abysmal.

Just hoping for some sustained zone time and pressure during the powerplay tonight.

I think the Flyers' PK will help us out with that a little. It seemed like the biggest weakness of the Flames' PP is the zone entry, and taking a shot before everyone is setup. I expect(hope) the Flyers will be giving up the blue line pretty quickly tonight.

1st periods have been fine as of late. Its those 2nd and 3rd periods that seem to screw over the team.
