Forrst Lawn, Marlborough and Rundle on the list. With far better places like Canyon Meadows, Sundance and Midnapore nowhere to be seen.
Maybe these are just a ranking of the communities where the employees of the magazine lives?

Yeah, you're not wrong. June and early July were particularly bad. I haven't swam in it in almost two weeks, so I'm hoping it'll be better this weekend when we're there.
One thing of note about the beach this year is the bikinis. They no longer cover the entire buttocks. Every chick under 30 fully exposes her ass and it's unreal. These things are so small now I can't even believe it and they're everywhere at the lake.
So yeah, the water isn't the best this year, but the beach has never been better.

There is a fair difference between living in hillhurst (which includes Kensington on that map) and West Hillhurst (which appears to be everything west of Crowchild, by that map).
Once you get past 19th st it's a pretty different place.

Pretty awesome, and less floody and stabby.
Oddly, W. Hillhurst extends west of Crowchild too, so Parkdale begins further West than I thought.

I used to live one and a half blocks west of Crowchild on and always told people it's Parkdale but technically Parkdale starts at 28 St NW (odd - why not 29th). We still got both community newsletters, though!

Clearly they don't care about road condition in their rankings. My street is potholed oiled gravel "pavement".

Some of the rankings stand out as a little Odd to me, I can see the reasoning for bias towards inner city, but I am surprised by the Crowchild North Bias, but those are all vary nice communities in the north.
Should River Bend not have said Quarry Park? Newer nicer practically the same location
Should Monterey Park Not have said Coral Springs? Newer nicer practically the same location, with an HOA and a lake.
Pineridge/Rundle/Malbrough? Really? If you felt the need to get more NE in there, why not Mayland heights for inner city access, or Saddleridge for nice houses and pathway networks... I grew up in the properties and those communities weren't in the top 50, 25 years ago when they were newish houses, and maintenance has not exactly been a priority to the majority of residences.
Huntington Hills? Realy? I suppose they wanted to pick 1 Central north community and couldn't decide so they just throw a dart?
I'm sure most of us are pretty happy about where we live.

I live in Lake Chaparral. The downside is that it is about as far south as you can go. But we enjoy the lake, the neighborhood is well maintained, and the #1 thing for me is that I feel it is very safe.
Apparently none of that matters.

I am guessing this was written by George Costanza during his opposite phase. A pretty complete list of neighborhoods I would not live in, even if offered money...

Haha yup. There's a few decent ones in there but only a few that would meet my criteria
