Awesome pics - really showcases the canucks horrible jerseys over the years.

As nice as a win would be, i have the sinking feeling this could be the low point in the season for the flames. Just dont think they have the ability to overcome the last two choke jobs to put together a game against a good canucks team.

Swandangled my way into some seats, REALLY hope the flames dont get embarrassed. They really havent done much lately to indicate otherwise, unfortunately. Im sure the nucks fans will be out in full force tonite, making it that much harder to watch this team trip over itself.

My positive post of the day.

We have 28 games left after tonight to get 48 points to make the playoffs. I can't see us winning 20 of the next 28. This thing might be over already lol.

Start of a 5 game win streak. Offense and defence finally click at the same time. Starting tonight beating Vancouver gives the team confidence and carries on for the tough stretch of games coming up.

I'll try to stay optimistic. It's truthfully the only thing us Flames fan can do at this point. GO FLAMES GO!

As stated, Nucks played last night, arriving today. Flames need to atone for the 3rd period let down in the last game.

If the flames can't show up for this game with all those factors, then the team is done.

Flames will show and win 5-4 OT

I presume Kipper is still on IR and a no go for this game.

Are they going to be able to land today?

The Flames are firing on all cylinders, and the Canucks are in disarray all throughout the organization. The trend continues: 7-0 Flames.

You think its going to take 66 points just to make the playoffs?

Perhaps you meant 38?

You are a troll, I believe. I went through your posting history and its chock'o'block full of drivebys at the flames going back YEARS. No fan of a team could be so pessimistic 24/7 for years, so I am adding you to my ignore list.

No way.

38 points means the team needs 19 wins in the next 28 games. I wish I could say that was realistic but sadly I am not conviced they will get 19 points let alone 19 wins.

Prove me wrong Flames!!

Am I wrong to assume the link in the first post is out to date with regards to Baertschi?

yup....from the Flames website...

"The shakeup includes re-uniting Cammalleri and Sven Baertschi, a combo Hartley debuted to start the season. Cammalleri is hoping the combo can ignite some chemistry together."

This is the week that #### goes down we'll go 0-4 starting with a 6-2 canucks win tonight. This team is simply awful.
