Years back I was in a bar in Miami and met this petite Czech girl. Anyway, we got talking, nothing more and she finds out I'm from Canada so she naturally asks me if I know hockey. I think that's it, going back to 2011. Honestly, erring on the side of fewer FA signings in July is probably a good thing. It's easier to screw your team up signing a UFA than it is to help it, especially when the team's not a contender.

Not a lot, the above list seems about right.

Realistically you aren't going to build a team with UFA's in a cap world, and certainly not in Winnipeg.
