LF: Road Bike

Hi all,

I might be in the market for a road bike for riding on the pathways and on some longish rides.

Trying to keep up my fitness level and I am an avid indoor cyclist but not as much as I want to outdoors. I currently have an older mountain bike I use but I would much rather look at a road bike for longer rides.

I am 5'11 and I don't know what size of bike I should get although I have a few friends who are hardcore cyclists who could assist me in that sense.

If anyone knows of any, let me know. I will do the usual Kijiji check as well.

You are likely a 56 or Large Frame.

pinkbike.com has a classified section as well if you are going the used route.

At a minimum I would look for a bike with Shimano 105 or higher components if you are out on longer rides.

Thanks for this site suggestion, having a look now and will see if anything that I like/can afford.

Just got some home renovation good news/bad news that may have put a crimp in my budget so I will see.
