If you don't find it try the library or if you have cable they'll give you HBO for 9/mo for 3 months which gives you streaming access to it.

It looks like it's on Crave TV, which has all the old HBO series. You can get Crave for a month for $7.99.

It also looks like they have all the segments available on their website: http://www.hbo.com/addiction/thefilm/ (if it tries to re-direct you to HBO Canada, select the US). They're not the highest quality, but if you're more interested in the content, that will work too.
