Chelsea agree on a deal for Marko Marin.

Chelsea have announced a deal to sign Germany international Marko Marin from Werder Bremen.

Chelsea and Werder both confirmed the deal on Saturday afternoon, with reports suggesting a fee in the region of £7 million will change hands for Marin, who has already passed a medical at Stamford Bridge.

he had that game at Norwich where he roamed inside and played great and ever since he thinks he thinks he's Ronaldo and does it all the time

there's a 0% chance he gets sold though, especially if they do miss the CL this season (and they got a lot of help this morning) it's because he has been crap for about 2 months

Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini says he will trust Mario Balotelli if he plays him in Monday's Manchester derby, but "only in this game".
At a news conference four weeks ago, Mancini stated he could "never" trust the unpredictable Italian striker.

I'm not sure if something is lost in translation with Mancini but he seems to be all over the place with these man management issues. First Tevez, now Balotelli. He seems to have been pretty categorical in both cases and now he has seemingly had a change of heart. I have no idea if what he says comes out the way he intends it to but this scenario is very odd. Probably doesn't do much good for anyone at City to hear this type of indecision or flip-flopping from the manager. At least with Fergie, in terms of player management, he sticks to his original thought, right or wrong. (see Jaap Staam)

Fun game to watch as a Tottenham fan reminded me of Chelsea-Barca after the Ramirez goal although Blackburn weren't down to ten men and the lead in aggregate.

I do have to agree with the match day analysts what the f were Blackburn doing out there?
