Our province is blackballed by the US government due to protectionist, American Oil funded environmental campaigns. It disgusts me to the core that our government(s) has not only allowed American activists to handcuff ourselves but to gleefully help them demonize our own industry which has much more stringently enforced environmental regulations than the Americans. It has never been about the environment , emissions or native rights, its been about blackballing Canadian oil & gas to the benefit of the American oil interests.
