The weigh-in issues feel like they're becoming more and more common? I don't know that they are, but it just seems like every card this kind of issue takes place.
I don't follow the UFC as much as I once did. But, I thought rule changes were implemented to curb the drastic weight cuts fighters were doing. If so, is that part of the issue!
Also the Khabib fight was awesome...he made Johnson look like a rookie. The internet is saying he's a bad match up for Conner so the UFC won't make that fight any time soon. I hope they do, but I think the UFC takes the $ and does Diaz/Conner 3 for the LW belt.
"I've spent a lot of time Joe, slaying everybody in the company...back stage I'm starting fights off everybody, I've ridiculed everyone on the roster, and I just want to say from the bottom of my heart, I'd like to take this chance to apologize........TO ABSOLUTELY NOBODY, THE DOUBLE CHAMP DOES WHAT THE #### HE WANTS!"

Technically he should defend the FW title first because he hasn't fought there in a year now,but he cleaned out the division on the way to the top pretty much.
At LW he's already rebuffed Nurmagomedov saying he hasn't fought enough to be considered a true contender, but that is a fight everybody will want to see ASAP. Ferguson is also a top contender at LW and that's another fight many fight fans will want to see.
Personally I don't want to see him and Diaz go at it again.
I kind of hope he gives Aldo a rematch for the FW belt and maybe on the same card they can have Ferguson fight Nurmagomedov for #1 contender status and then a few months later have the winner face Mcgregor for the LW belt.
