Another potential Stanley cup final matchup and it is on national tv....the ratings should be boffo.......more importantly, the flames also have the revenge factor in their favour thanks to that beat the caps piton the flames here in calgary the last time they were here.....

Washington's come on of late, Ovechkin killed us last game and has only been better in games since.
Hopefully being back at home agrees with the team. They need a better effort in this one like we've seen most of the season.

Flames need to tighten up defensively and stay out of penalty trouble if they want any chance of coming out of this game with at least a point. And some of the veteran players need to start showing up (I'm looking at you, Glencross).

This is going to be a good test for the rest of the defense. Gio has been the Flames best defender and hopefully someone steps up while he's gone.
Hopefully this sparks something in Glencross and makes him come to life.
