9000 by a long shot. I've had it since launch, and the only bad thing about it is the screen isn't as nice as the newer BB's.

It's a work phone. There is a bit of process in getting them, I'll save the telecom group the hassle and just live with it. I thought newer = better. Oh well.

Why can't you take it out of its holster during the night? Seems like a simple decision. Either have a BB that doesn't function properly or take it out its holster while your sleeping. Just turn the ringer off, your alarm will still go off if you turn the ringer off. The newer BBs have a sleep mode which is very convenient. I have it set to turn on when I plug in my charger on my bed side table. The clock shows on the screen very faintly and all alerts are silenced except for the alarm.
