Really don't enjoy the Johnny Knoxville as the lovable, yet stupid sidekick angle. It has been done.....and wasnt good to begin with. Other than that it looked pretty solid

I just don't see it with that Affleck trailer. I love the story but when I saw the trailer I thought they were doing a spoof or something. Doesn't look good to me but I've been wrong before. =)

I was thinking the opposite actually, I like him in that role. He can be crazy, funny, and also believably kick some ass of need be. I don't why, but I think Johnny Knoxville is funny.
He was decent in Eagle Eye, and quite good in the movie where he's under house arrest... The guy can certainly act, but I was apprehensive of him in this role... From the trailers it looks like he can pull this off though.

Shia LaBeouf, Robert Redford, and Susan Sarandon... Looks good.
ok i don't really care if he comes out of the Transformers shadow and proves he can actually act. i just can't take the guy seriously when he has such a stupid name
The story follows a man named Agustín (Mortensen), who has grown tired of and frustrated with his life. When his twin brother Pedro (also Mortensen) reappears, however, he sees an opportunity to escape and assumes his brother's life. This plan backfires when Agustin becomes involved in the deadly criminal underworld that his brother was a part of.

Al Pacino playing a former convict with debts to settle, unless his longtime friend and former partner (Walken) follows orders and has him whacked by morning. Yet despite a few scattered shots of gun play and fighting, this looks like a dialogue exercise, with outstanding performers like Alan Arkin, Julianna Margulies, Bill Burr and the terrific Mark Margolis chipping in with supporting roles.

The Quest stands upon the edge of a knife. Stray but a little, and it will fail, to the ruin of all. Yet hope remains while the Company is true. Go Flames Go!
I need someone to convince me that this won't be the best movie of the year. PSH is a top 5 actor, IMHO, and the subject matter here is fascinating.
Other than Killing Them Softly, I'm not looking forward to anything as much as I am The Master.

Hard to follow that trailer but... RZA of the Wu-Tang clan wrote and directed the following movie starring Russell Crowe, Lucy Lui, himself and others...
Oh ya and some dood named Quentin Tarantino produced it... not sure if you've heard of him.
NSFW trailer nudity language etc..

Am I the only one who is underwhelmed by this? Obviously I'll see the movie before I pass more judgement but this does not make me want to rush out and see it.

Not to mention Paul Thomas Anderson is a freaking genius, there is a reason why this guy only makes a movie every five years or so. There Will be Blood might be the greatest american movie ever made.
