Fair price and decent term for both parties.

I predicted 2 years, 1.5 AAV. This is a good deal. I hope he plays with Monahan and Gaudreau

Perfect value for both parties. Show me contract similar to Brodie's. I hope he continues his progression and we are forced to pay him a lot more next time.

That's $16233.70 per inch of Colborne per season!

What a steal!

This is a good deal to find out exactly what Joe Colborne is or isn't.

Rip it up Joe.

Don't like the term. The team isn't taking advantage of it's leverage by giving him access to UFA status at his earliest opportunity. Should have pushed for a one year deal. Dollar amount is about right.

Isn't he still a RFA after this deal expires? He's only 24 years old right now.

Terrific deal. This is literally nothing for what should be 30-40 points of production.

You're right. Nevermind I thought the 6 games he played for Providence in 2009-2010 would have started his clock but I see now that his pro contract starts the year after (must have been an ATO for those 6 games).

Recind all objections. Good deal.

Awesome. I'm excited to see how he progresses through the next two years.
I think he could become a good 2nd-3rd line winger.
He's got the good size and reach to be effective in the corners and in front of the net.
He also seems like the kind of guy, personality-wise, that you would love to have in the mix.

Actually, this is litterally $1.25MM/year for what should be 30-40 points of production.

Zero dollars would litterally be nothing.

This kind of reminds me of Ian White's 2,999,995 million dollar contract. I still don't know why they took 5 dollars off. Was White offering to pay for coffee?

Maybe management didn't like the idea of 3,000,000?
