Damn, everybody won today, Liverpool have to win tomorrow just to keep pace.

I do have some sympathy for the supporters. If that club loses Payet (and really he is so disinterested that I don't even know what you get for him), and gets relegated, is it the end? That seems overly-dramatic, but in all seriousness can they possibly fill that ridiculous venue for Championship football? It's a nightmare.

they arnt going down, there mid table at best but they're staying up.

Apart from opening and closing day, if there is one day in the year that they should maintain a full fixture list it's boxing day.

I'd agree with that.
That being said, Liverpool need to sign John Walters and loan him to Timbuktu just so that he stops scoring against Liverpool.
This is so weird. Its Liverpool vs. Glen Johnson, Joe Allen and Peter Crouch.
EDIT: To your point though, stagger the fixtures a little. It sucks that most of them are on at the same time. I like being able to watch soccer all day.

It's cute you guys think the PL is gonna give up money for the sake of tradition. Dare to dream I suppose.

Glen Johnson at fault for 2 goals against? No way! He might still have a couple left in his locker...

Bob Bradley has been sacked. Not sure he was good enough for the EPL, but not his fault his players were terrible.

Chelsea's next run of games is Stoke, @Spurs, @Leicester, Hull. So they might get to February without losing again and they could definitely win all of those. So the pressure to keep up is pretty high on everyone chasing, nevermind actually picking up points. Chelsea have been pretty injury free so far, so if that changes maybe they come back a little.

Chelsea may never lose again.
Tell me why this group finished 10th last season?

West Ham is mid-table now. They should be fine.
I don't want Payet to leave next month, but I do think it's the likely outcome.
Also, my dad gave me some West Ham coffee mugs for Christmas! One is claret, and the other blue. He knows me well!

I think Spurs could beat them. At this point they're almost all healthy, and that is a big difference from when they met last month. Other than that game though, Stoke or Hull won't do it.

They are mid-table now and could be alright. Or this could be the one bright spot before losses against Leicester and United to continue their drop. It's hard to know for sure, but I don't find a beat-down of Swansea all that convincing. I think its fairly obvious that Swansea and Hull are destined for the drop and its a question of who the third team is. Some interesting games for the hammers in the coming weeks though. Palace and Middlesborough will be a better gauge. I know who I'm cheering for!

It always seemed ridiculous for a team who are in a relegation struggle to bring in a guy who has no experience of the English game whatsoever.

yeah it was a weird hiring from the start. I don't think Bradley is a bad coach, but if you bring in a guy like him, you do it in the summer where he has time to get used to things and implement his ideas. You don't throw him into the fire in the middle of a season when your team is struggling. It was always bound to crash and burn.

They didn't have Antonio Conte coaching them.
The guy made Emanuele Freakin' Giaccherini look world class at the Euro Cup, led a not very good Italy squad past Spain and to penalties against Germany, and did great things for Juventus.
Pep and Jose got all the headlines while he was quietly waiting in the background just planning for the season.
