Flames announce the D-Partner program, Travis Hamonic's amazing initiative where he hosts a child who has lost a parent at a young age.

Starts Saturday vs. the Jets and continues through every home game this season. Very cool. Big impact.

That's terrific. Considering his off-ice efforts and if he throws the body around a bit on the ice (as advertised), he will quickly become a fan favourite. Sounds like a good person.
