For Hire (new details in OP): Custom projects, furniture and other random things
As of September 1, 2016 I will be taking on full time father duty as my wife goes back to work. I still need to generate a small income and my way of doing that is switching gears to custom projects only. Basically things that I can build in my shop in the evenings over a period of time.
Ive done a variety of projects in the past - tables, beds and custom cabinets are a good example. Any projects like these I am willing to entertain. Id even love to have the conversation if you have something in mind that you have no idea who would build it - I'm probably your guy.
I will still do small handyman stuff - but I will no longer be available to take on larger projects. Give me a shout and we can chat.
I am also selling my clocks so feel free to contact me regarding these as well!

Surfer pm or text me my house will be going up for sale and I have a bunch of small stuff that needs to be done still. It's no fun drywall stuff some grouting bit of flooring though and in cochrane

Another huge shout out to Surferguy he completed my basement so that I could sell my Cochrane house including ceiling repair and very awkward drywall patching. Some tile around the tub, painting kick plates around the house and installing them. Take a look at the pictures in Realtor1's thread and almost everyone of them has a small token of Surferguy's handywork!

Just wanted to send a huge shout out to surferguy. I was browsing CP looking for somebody to do a few things at our condo. I stumbled across this thread and sent a note out and he replied within a couple of days.
After that, he was amazing to deal with. He was friendly, straight forward and handled the entire process from start to finish with integrity and honesty. His rates are reasonable and his workmanship was excellent. He takes the time to explain things and won't make a decision without informing you first.
I would highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend surferguy for your renovation needs. He will be my go to guy moving forward for anything that I need.
If you need work done and aren't contacting surferguy, you are Missing Out!
