I look at assets in a variety of categories to determine overall team value. Essentially it is based on the ease to trade the asset. Contract status is considered.
Heh, my score is a little out-of-date since I've traded both Namestnikov and Rask.
Also, I'm somewhat amazed that you rated Hickey but not Wideman or Johnson

It is the difference from last year . So you basically did not gain or lose anything.
