Licensed - no

I carry WCB and Liability Insurance which has always been enough for other condos that I've worked on. As far as bathroom work - I will get a proper plumber/electrician to handle any of the proper trades etc.

I've had surferguy do bathrooms in a couple of rental condos I own. The insurance/wcb forms he supplied satisfied the condo board.

Plus, he did a great job, charged fairly, and was quick. So I was very happy with the outcome. We did have a different person (licensed plumber) do the hookups/plumbing work.
