He lacks compassion for the concerns of residents. He could be more respectful in how he responds to concerns as opposed to coming off as a jackass. Business owners who had shops downtown before the flood have complained about the lack of parking in his new designs. His response was always "and you'll like it when it's done!" Funny part is many of the same businesses that had legitimate concerns have moved thier shops to Okotoks or other areas of the town. The downtown is going to be a ghost town.
Another example, last spring they invited residents to help plan the revitalisation of the downtown area and the town itself. When I got there we were told the downtown plans were already voted on and approved. My response was wtf did you ask us for our imput when you've already most of decisions? I walked out.
