Jai Courtenay was great in Spartacus and ok in Jack Reacher. It will come down to how itis marketed. As said above, try not to reveal the surprise in the trailer

Looks like a mashup of the first 3 terminators. At the 2/3 mark of the trailer it was looking good then the bus scene and cheesy helicopter part...ehhh...This movie could be good, I doubt it will be though. Either way I will still probably see it on opening weekend.

Yeah he was naked Robert Patrick at the start, a cop sees the hole in the fence and he assimilates the cop uniform.
I might skip Genisys, that trailer looked absolutely terrible. Like high school kids got together and made a movie with a big budget. One thing is they are starting to use this new kind of camera technology that is terrible, just like in the Hobbit and in the new Star Wars it looks like made for TV quality.
Things just look... hollow, the music and tension are just completely evaporated by the terrible way the images are shot. It's not cinematic, it's tough to describe but whatever they are doing is awful. Old movies had kind of a heavy deep feeling to the images and this new technology is the opposite of that.
In the age of remakes, am I the only one that thinks this is kind of a neat concept. I'll wait to see the execution, but this is like a self aware remake without the cheese.
We're talking about a franchise obsessed with rewritting things via time travel. I'd rather see this than some overly CGIed story in the future.
I really liked the Sarah Connor Chronicles and this seems close to that than the last two movies. I'm all for this direction.
