Default Mid Season accounting...

Given the brutal start the Flames had, they needed to come up big the month before Christmas. They did.

Lately, the Flames are playing down to the competition. The PP is clicking, PK is better, 5 on 5 has taken a bit of a slide. The Flames aren't executing like they did during their winning streak.

Right now is where the Flames need to reset the season, and not rest on their laurels. There cannot be anymore excuses that the players don't know the coach's new system.

The leadership and grit, that Flames management is so high on, must come through with disciplined play. Coach's need to make sure everyone's on the same page. It is time to take that next step. If not, then dust off the golf clubs early again this season.

Is this supposed to be some sort of ultimatum?

Because I'm not really sure what this thread is all about. Are you Ben Affleck?

Why did you bisect the first relative clause with a comma? And in the second sentence, (the) coach's what?

Uhhhhhhhhh, is it not mid season, and doesn't the title say it all?

Opinions & comments?

The coach's responsibilities, examples make sure the team is in the right mind set to win the game. Get the team to be disciplined especially in the offensive zone. Coach's are there to state the obvious to some, but to remind people what is expected. I can't believe I'm explaining the functions of being a coach to you. This is mid season, the team cannot play ".500" hockey and expect to be in the playoff from here on out. It's time for the team to start playing optimally again or face elimination.

Is this the right fan forum where people express opinions? LOL What is wrong with some people?

Nope. Mid season was Saturday prior to 8pm.

Anyhow 22-19-2. 39 games remaining my accountant says.

You did it again, which is bizarre to me since it is fundamentally simpler to type "coaches" than it is to type "coach's."

Antidisestablishmentarianism is still my favorite.
