I was about to write about them.
I'm on my condo board and we switched to Simco Management, which was highly recommended by another board member. Even though it has been less than a year, compared to what we had before it is light years better in terms of response. With the past management company we would have no idea if a letter was ever sent to a unit, and they almost cost the building over 100K in costs over an incident a few years prior that they provided incorrect info on had we followed their advice. We also received a lot of info that was never known as a board on what we can do. There are some property management companies out there that haven't changed in 30 years. It's a big change when you switch to what looks to be a competent property management company and expectations.
