What is the procedure for doing that? Just report any random post that the obvious returnee makes and say who it is? If so, it isn't working because I tried that last week and it seems to have been ignored. If not, I'll try again.

I know which poster you're referring to. It doesn't mean that your reported post was ignored, we try to be 100% sure that we're banning a returnee before doing so.

Glad you guys are on top of it. I've been disciplined a few times on this board like most posters, and I learned my lesson and adjusted my attitude accordingly. I find that returning posters (99% anyway) come back jaded and overly negative, basically with a chip on their shoulder looking to troll.
If we can weed them out the better off the board will be.

People asking to have their own accounts suspended isn't totally unheard of, we usually get one or two requests per year, sometimes temporary, sometimes permanent. Sometimes the best way to quit a drug is cold turkey
