McKenzie had him at 59, Button at 31. Most other rankings had him between 40 and 60 too. Calgary pretty much took him where most people expected him to go.

Not familiar with the player but like the majority of the things I'm reading. Could end up being another solid player for us. Crazy how quickly defensive depth can change.

Andersson says the Flames were really interested in him. Treliving came to watch him play and told him he liked the way he played. Had great interviews. Flames were always contacting his agent.

Must be a slow couple days for the Flames media guys. Rasmus Andersson didn't attend the draft and is back home in Sweden. Kylington is going to get the royal treatment.

I'm pretty impressed with this kid based on the radio interview. Seems like a thoughtful guy and you can get a sense of excitement that he's joined a good organization. He seems like a fit with this team personality-wise.
