It's getting a lot of attention as it somehow doesn't fit with the image of Bennett as the gritty, NHL ready one of the 3 top centers available.

It's widely thought that he's the least ready of the top three centres actually. Sure he's the grittiest, but from everything I've read, he needs another year in junior to develop physically.

Can we actually talk about something else related to the combine? This pull up thing wasn't constructive in any sense since it was brought up, and it won't be constructive in the next five pages on this thread.

Highly unlikely. If he's able to perform other tests just fine without pain, it's unlikely that his ability to do a pullup is due to injury.

I didn't see if it was mentioned here, but some draft specialist guy on the FAN960 was saying that in his combine testing year, Drew Doughty also couldn't do one pull-up.
He seems like a pretty good hockey player to me.

The pull up was new to the combine this year, so Doughty was never tested on pull ups at the combine.
